Hello wonderful people!

If you know me, you know that whey protein is a big part of my diet. I love to use loads of different products and flavours to keep things interesting! This week I’ve been trying out BioTechUSA Iso Whey Zero.

About BioTechUSA

Now BioTechUSA are no spring chicken, they’ve been in the supplement market since 1999. BioTechUSA products seems to be used by more serious bodybuilders and gym goers and they also have some pretty big sponsored names on their books.

Why choose ISO Whey Zero?

The ISO Whey Zero is lactose free and one serving offers, 93 calories, 21g of protein and 4.5g of BCAAs. Sounds pretty good if you ask me!

I tend to take my whey protein both first thing in the morning and before I train, so it’s useful to me for they whey I use to be easily digestible. Personally I am not lactose intolerant, but I know a lot of people are and this product will be spot on for those looking for a whey protein that doesn’t cause them bloating or stomach issues.

Verdict: Texture,Taste and Smell

I opted for the Chocolate Toffee flavour as this sounded most like my kind of thing, though there are a range of other flavours in this range.

First impressions, well it smells OK so that’s a good start! The product mixes well with minimal lumps, the consistency is smooth and not gritty at all.

Taste wise, WOW, yes this is definitely a nice one. I’m not sure whether it’s really “toffee” but it’s certainly nice. There’s a rich chocolate undertone and a nice sweetness but not too much. A really nicely balanced flavour. Awesome!

To be honest I’m really pleased I liked this flavour because I bought the 908g tub on offer and it’s always a bit of a risk buying a flavour you’ve not tried before. Thankfully I will definitely grab a tub of this again and I think next up I’m going to try the Hazelnut flavour so I’ll let you know how I get one with that one too.

It’s pretty easy to get hold of BioTech USA as most good gyms stock it. Personally, I’ve got Amazon Prime so it’s super easy to get next day delivery on these tub, plus they also come in 500g packets so if you just want to try a flavour out you can before committing your hard earned £££!
