Around 2014 I started to turn my life around and blogging became a great place for me to ramble on about the various bits and bobs I was doing.
Fitness is a huge part of my life and so this blog morphed in to a place that I focus on diarising my own health, diet and nutrition challenges and triumphs. Along my journey I’ve picked up some tips and tricks and I hope to share these with you.
As someone who works in an office 9 to 5 I understand and come up against the real life challenges that most of us mere mortals do when trying to achieve our fitness goals.
Whilst I consider myself an amateur female bodybuilder my core focus is health, both mental and physical, and I look to provide useful content around these topics.
I am 100% anti-bullish, and anti airy-fairy-uselessness, if I don’t believe in it, I won’t post it! I try not to add more waffle and noise to an already loud world.
