I personally started to take my health and fitness seriously in my mid-twenties and started this blog to document and share advice, information and tips specifically for women.

I’m just a normal girl, working a normal 9-5 job and trying to keep in shape. I spend a lot of my time in the gym training with weights and consider myself to be a (very) amateur bodybuilder.

This UK based blog is where you will find my experiences with women’s fitness, bodybuilding, weight lifting, health, nutrition and diet.

Review: ISO BiotechUSA Whey Protein Chocolate Toffee

BioTechUSA are no spring chicken, they've been in the supplement market since 1999 and have some pretty big sponsored names on their books. The ISO Whey Zero is lactose free and one serving offers, 93 calories, 21g of protein and 4.5g of BCAAs, Sounds pretty good if you ask me!
