I personally started to take my health and fitness seriously in my mid-twenties and started this blog to document and share advice, information and tips specifically for women.

I’m just a normal girl, working a normal 9-5 job and trying to keep in shape. I spend a lot of my time in the gym training with weights and consider myself to be a (very) amateur bodybuilder.

This UK based blog is where you will find my experiences with women’s fitness, bodybuilding, weight lifting, health, nutrition and diet.

Hibernation mode strong - too cold for the gym!

I’m not an out right cold weather hater, for one, I love winter fashion, and two, I love being snuggled up in the warmth. It is so difficult to get motivated when it’s cold outside! Even more so to get to the gym and exert yourself.

Review: Speculoos Limited Edition MyProtein Whey Protein Powder (aka Biscoff Caramel Biscuits)

Imagine my glee when I learnt that MyProtein brought out a SPECULOOS flavoured whey protein. So of course in order to make this an absolutely fair test I bought an entire packet of Lotus Biscoff, just to be sure. Science!
